Your First Order!

It’s very easy to place an order through the web and the mobile application. All you need to do is select the required service and choose a date for collection/delivery. You may pack your laundry in your own bags for quick pickup - but please make sure the bag is closed properly. We ask that you separate every item into individual bags for convenience. Otherwise, you can choose for our delivery partner to come to you with our Laundry Revolutions bag to collect your laundry.

2How long does cleaning take?

We aim to return your clean clothes within 24hrs to your doorstep. However, please keep in mind that some of the laundry items may take longer than 24 hours depending on the types of items you send us.

3Can I add extra item to my order when you collect my clothing?

Yes, you can do that with the same order number. Please mention it to the driver if they require a different service like ironing or dry cleaning

4Can I order by phone or email?

We always make it simple for our customers. You can place an order easily through our Laundry Revolutions website or through our mobile application (android & iOS app)

5How do I Know if you can clean a specific type of clothing?

We have an option when you are selecting the service for you to pass on the special instructions that you may require. Or, you can email us at info@laundryrevolutions.com. We will respond to you as quickly as possible.

6Where are my cloths cleaned?

Once your items are collected by our driver, it will go to one of our partner facilities. Each order is processed separately - Laundry orders are weighed and cleaned, while all other services are individually itemized and processed. We have partnered only with high-quality cleaners to ensure your items are treated with special care.

7Are there any fabrics you don’t clean?

We do accept most fabrics, but if you include items made from fur, velvet, leather or suede, the price will be determined on inspection. Should you include any items that fit these categories, we will be in touch to let you know the price.

Dry Cleaning

1What if my clothes are damaged?

Your items are treated with maximum care and up-to-date equipment. While damaged items are an extremely rare occurrence, Laundry Revolutions are insured for such an occurrence. But please have mind that all claims must be made within 24 hours after we deliver the items to you

2What's this little sticker you've put on my clothes?

This is no cause for concern! These labels are attached with safety pins used for our reference only and they help us keep track of your clothes during the dry cleaning process. You can simply take out the pins and dispose of them in the bin.

3Can you remove all stains?

We use the latest technology to bring you a stain removal service that is second to none. However, occasionally, there are some stains that elude us. While we cannot promise to eradicate all stains, we always do our utmost to return your items in immaculate condition.

Wash, Tumble Dry & Fold

1Do I need to weigh my Wash, Tumble Dry & Fold bag?

You don’t have to, our team of laundry specialists will weigh your items on arrival at the facility. Or if you prefer, you can ask the driver to weigh them at your door. We’ll update your order with the same weight.

2Do you wash my clothes together with other people's clothes?

Absolutely not. Each order is washed separately so no need to worry about that. Your clothes are safe with us!

3Do I need to sort my clothes into colours and whites?

Yes, please do so. This will ensure everything will be processed as per your requirements. We strongly advise using a separate bag for each type of service you require (laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, etc.).

4What temperature do you wash the clothes at?

Normally we wash clothes at 30-degree temperature. If you require a different temperature then please let us know either online or by telling our partner driver during pickup.

5Is there a minimum order value?

Yes, we operate with a minimum order charge of £20 for regular service and £30 for express service

6I am allergic to certain types of detergent. What are my options?

Your safety is very important to us and we would like to offer you the possibility of choosing between bio and non-bio detergent. Just make sure to let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate it for you!
